H3 Portfolio Asset companies have huge potential with a focus on US and Europe. This is the CIO’s 5th Fund focusing in the Healthcare Sector.
Investment Philosophy
H3 Healthcare’s purpose is to “Change Lives” through investing in healthcare businesses that have clinical validation and are treating patients, target novel health technologies that will become dominant in the US and globally. H3 are investing in later stage businesses who will likely be acquired within 5 years. Targeting a return in excess of 20% annualized with a short lock up period of only 5 years. H3 are investing in businesses that can change the lives of Millions – Ranging from Heart Disease to vision loss. The strategy is accessible via a Australian domiciled unit trust which is available on both Netwealth and Mason Stevens, H3 will also from time to time offer Co-investment opportunities across the portfolio. The team have built into the strategy an 8% Preferred Return structure that compounds annually. The portfolio assets will already have revenue, and a major strategic Investor on the LP List. Requires just one of two more achievements before being utilised globally

SQM Research concludes the Fund has a moderate potential to outperform over the medium-to-long term. Past performance has tended to be reasonable. Management is experienced and displays investment-grade quality, however they may not be yet fully tested. As a result, the manager/product may have higher risks attached compared to peers.
