Investment Objective
Accolade Growth IV will invest in ~15 best-in-class, hard-to-access growth PE fund managers, focused on SaaS businesses in the US with profitable growth. The target IRR of 3-5x in 3-5 years' time frame, with 84% of portfolio exits via strategic or financial buyers, therefore very little reliance on IPO exits. Term = 10 years with extensions. Only ~75% of capital needed by investors given early exits. NO MANAGEMENT FEE with Performance Fee of 10% once investors achieve 1.5x DPI & 15% once investors achieve 2.5x DPI, noting Accolade has achieved five fund vintages in a row of 3x or better which puts them in the top decile of growth PE fund managers globally.
